Staff helpful with printing our visas for us. Location ok.
WiFi didn’t work unless sat next to bedroom door. Room felt unfinished and unclean.
The WIFI worked sporadically for maybe 30 minutes the entire time I was there. Worse there were other WIFI connections available from the hotel that I could see available for usage, and I asked if I could try using one of those and was denied saying that the one given to me was assigned to my floor. When I checked in they told me the type of room that was assigned to me and it was not the room that I booked - it was much smaller and cheaper. I asked them why, and the receptionist then looked at his booking assignments and then flatly lied and said he incorrectly told me the wrong information earlier. The bed sheets and pillow cases have yellow streaks on them and I had to told them to replace them with new sheets and pillows.
Dishonesty, considerations to guests' needs eg. WIFI, dirty and old hotel.

1- Water not hot enough, 2. I saw a jerboa in the hotel reception hall. 3. The Internet is very bad.
Everything is close by. Three different train stations within walking distance. Excellent malls close by including silk street. So much good street food and restaurants all around. Staff make no fuss. Everything is easy.
Small room but so clean and comfortable and we are out all day anyway.
